How to make a Purchase
You can purchase the full line of Little Giant products directly from us using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, personal check, money order or cashiers check either over the internet or by phone/mail.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment for a FULL refund. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Prime Inspections. After making a request for order cancellation, we will contact the manufacturer to verify your order did not ship. Once we receive verification that your order has not shipped, we will refund your full purchase amount within 24 hours. Otherwise you will be responsible for actual shipping charges and a restock fee.
If a product is damaged in shipment, the item should be refused at time of delivery and it will automatically be returned to Wing. You will not be charged the restocking fee or return freight if you refuse delivery for a damaged ladder. We do guarantee that you will receive an undamaged ladder. All items purchased from Prime Inspections are shipped directly from Wing Enterprises, the manufacturer of the Little Giant Ladder System. Shipments are only made to the continental United States.
