I was skeptical about ordering a ‘pricey’ ladder over the internet in case there was a problem but was I ever wrong. First, George was THE best person I ever dealt with period. I contacted him a few times, via email, with questions ranging from getting a delivery time to accessories and each time I got a response back very very quickly. He kept me updated and was very courteous (I know I can be a pain so he was just outstanding). Second, I received the ladder and George wanted me to follow up and let him know when it arrived (can’t get that kind of service everywhere). I have used it only a couple times now but it is all they say it is. It is a breeze to use and being a, lets say over 250 pound person, it is as sturdy as advertised. Even my wife likes the platform, easy on the feet. As far as I’m concerned if you are in the market for a ladder, the Little Giant is the ONLY way to go and purchasing it from anyone other than George would be a Major mistake, not only is the equipment important but the vendor and support provided is as important.

I received my ladder today and received the accessories yesterday. Thank you so very, very much. I was already bragging about it to a neighbor and he was amazed at the capabilities. As we get into the season for prepping gutters for fall and winter, the timing couldn't have been better. And fear not, it is not my intent to loan this to the whole neighborhood. George .................. You are extremely thorough and your customer service is by far impeccable. We had a chance to use the ladder yesterday, cleaning our ceiling fans which are very high and a large window that is up from the great room floor at least 15 ft. It was so easy to make the height adjustments from one job to another, and so easy to move around, and very stable. There is no chance we're returning this ladder.
